Start with a clear view of your vehicles

Use the map to check vehicle locations and trip history to review previous journeys. Geofences let you define places such as a yard or job site, with available alerts to help you keep track of activity.

Reporting depends on GPS reception, mobile coverage, device power and settings. If a vehicle’s position has not updated, check the recorded time before treating it as the current location.

Your fleet’s day, in one clear report

Daily work reports are included in your EZY GPS plan at no extra charge. They bring together recorded trips, stops, distance and movement times so your office can review the day without piecing it together from individual map views.

• Trips and distance: review recorded journeys and kilometres travelled.
• Stops and locations: see where vehicles stopped and for how long.
• Movement times: check the first and last recorded movement.
• Daily detail: follow the sequence of recorded activity.

Use vehicle records alongside job bookings and staff updates. A stop at an address does not by itself confirm that a job was completed or establish hours worked.

Choose devices to suit the fleet

A hardwired tracker can be installed out of sight and suits vehicles that will keep the same device. Professional installation is recommended and paid for separately.

An OBD plug-in tracker fits a compatible diagnostic port without hardwiring. It can suit a trial vehicle or a small fleet of compatible light vehicles. It is easier to remove than a concealed hardwired device.

Set up around the way your team works

Plans and delivered prices

Choose A$275 including GST per device for five years, paid once, or A$77 including GST per device per year while subscribed.

Both plans include the tracker, SIM, data, app access and Australian support on supported Optus/Vodafone coverage. Standard postage is A$11 per order. One device is A$286 delivered on the five-year plan or A$88 initially on the annual plan. Service-only annual renewals are A$77 per device, with no postage charge.

Hardwired installation is arranged and paid for separately. A Telstra option requires a separate quote. Check current plans and pricing or ask our team about coverage and your vehicles.
