How do I order an EZY GPS tracker?
You can order an EZY GPS tracker in two ways. The easiest way is to purchase directly through our website by selecting the device that suits your needs and completing the checkout process. You can also contact our team by phone or email if you would like help choosing the right tracking solution. We can recommend the most suitable device depending on your vehicle type, how many vehicles you want to track, and whether you prefer an OBD tracker or a hardwired tracker.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared by our team and sent through Australia Post. Standard postage is $11 including GST once per physical order. Dispatch and delivery timing depend on the order and destination; contact us if you need delivery by a particular date.
Do the GPS trackers come activated?
Yes.
EZY GPS devices are activated before being shipped. Once the tracker is installed in the vehicle and powered on it will begin transmitting location data automatically. Customers will receive login details allowing access to the tracking platform through the EZY GPS mobile app or the web platform.
What subscription options are available?
Choose $77 including GST per device per year, or $275 including GST per device prepaid for five years. Standard postage is $11 including GST once per physical order. Hardwired installation is separate. Compare plans and order.
Are there lock-in contracts?
There is no lock-in monthly contract. Choose annual billing or a five-year prepaid plan. The five-year package is paid upfront for the full term. Check the terms for the plan you select.
Can I track more than one vehicle?
Yes. Manage multiple vehicles from one account. Contact our team to discuss your fleet, the device options and how you want to organise access.
What types of GPS trackers do you offer?
Our online vehicle plans offer OBD plug-in trackers for compatible vehicles and hardwired trackers for a discreet, permanent installation. Contact our team about battery-powered asset tracking or dashcam options.
Do I need a professional installer?
OBD trackers are self-fit for compatible vehicles. Hardwired trackers require a wired installation, which is arranged and paid for separately. We can recommend an independent installer.
