How do I order an EZY GPS tracker?
You can order an EZY GPS tracker in two ways. The easiest way is to purchase directly through our website by selecting the device that suits your needs and completing the checkout process. You can also contact our team by phone or email if you would like help choosing the right tracking solution. We can recommend the most suitable device depending on your vehicle type, how many vehicles you want to track, and whether you prefer an OBD tracker or a hardwired tracker.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally dispatched the same business day or the next business day. Most orders are shipped using Australia Post Express Post. Delivery times vary depending on location, however most orders arrive within one to two business days.
Do the GPS trackers come activated?
Yes.
EZY GPS devices are activated before being shipped. Once the tracker is installed in the vehicle and powered on it will begin transmitting location data automatically. Customers will receive login details allowing access to the tracking platform through the EZY GPS mobile app or the web platform.
What subscription options are available?
EZY GPS offers flexible plans depending on your needs. Customers can choose between a 5 year outright plan, yearly subscription plans or monthly subscription plans. Our team can help recommend the most suitable option depending on how the trackers will be used.
Are there lock-in contracts?
No.
EZY GPS operates on a pay-as-you-go model which means there are generally no long-term lock-in contracts required. Customers can continue using the service for as long as they wish.
Can I track more than one vehicle?
Yes.
The EZY GPS platform allows you to monitor multiple vehicles from a single account. The system is designed to scale from small personal use to large fleets. Customers can track anything from one vehicle to more than 100,000 vehicles.
What types of GPS trackers do you offer?
EZY GPS offers two types of vehicle tracking devices. OBD plug-in trackers connect directly to the vehicle's diagnostic port and can be installed in seconds with no wiring required. Hardwired trackers connect directly to the vehicle electrical system and are installed behind the dashboard. These are commonly used for fleet vehicles or installations where the device should be hidden.
Do I need a professional installer?
OBD trackers are designed for simple installation and can normally be installed by most users in less than one minute. Hardwired trackers connect directly to the vehicle's electrical system. While some customers with electrical experience may install these themselves, we recommend installation by a competent installer or auto electrician to ensure the wiring is completed safely and correctly. EZY GPS provides detailed wiring documentation and installation guides for installers.
