Warranty

At EZY GPS, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our Vehicle Tracking Devices. We provide warranty to give you peace of mind and protect your investment.

Our tracking devices are covered by a limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for the agreed and signed initial subscription period, from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.

If our EZY GPS tracker is impacted due to vehicle repairs requiring tracker removal, the tracker state will remain under customer responsibility.

In case of a rare occasion that the tracker malfunctions, a replacement tracker will be provided, once EZY GPS has inspected the tracker and can confirm it is a malfunction. The warranty does not apply to the items damaged or unused (not installed) by the customer and the GPSs purchased that are kept out of operation for over 1-month period.
